  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time within the U.S.: 5–10 business days after shipment.

  • We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options (Express: 2–5 business days).

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • International shipping is available to select countries; rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For U.S. domestic orders, no additional duties or taxes are charged at delivery.

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. MARIMIRA is not responsible for delays due to customs.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • MARIMIRA is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
